I am a Ph.D. candidate at IIT Roorkee, working on the application of Scientific Machine Learning in circuits and devices.
My primary focus is on Physics-Based Machine Learning and its applications in Electronic Design Automation (EDA).

    • Worked at CPPICS Lab, Dept. of Electrical Engineering
    • Focus: Integrated photonic devices, fabrication processes, and device characterization.
