3. Physics-Informed Machine Learning for Emerging Semiconductor Devices

• Physics-informed machine learning
• Emerging FET/device modeling
• Multiphysics simulation and inverse modeling

Skills & Expectations

• Strong background in Mathematics / Engineering fundamentals
• Python proficiency (preferred)
• Prior ML / AI / research experience (preferred)
• Background or interest in EDA, semiconductor devices, high-speed systems, or scientific machine learning
